Our full management service allows you to relax and enjoy the benefits of being a landlord.

The full management service includes:

  • Initial accurate market valuation
  • Full marketing on all of the major property portals
  • Accompanied viewings by an experienced agent
  • Negotiating the terms of the tenancy between the landlord and tenant
  • Full in-depth referencing including employment history, credit checks and
previous landlord references
  • Arrangement of professional inventory and check-in/out by independent clerk
(subject to a charge)
  • Preparation and completion of legal documentation for the tenancy
  • Receipt of initial move-in monies from the tenant (this includes the deposit)
  • Lodging the deposit with The Deposit Protection Service
  • Collection of the rent on behalf of the landlord
  • Preparation of a monthly/annual statement of account
  • Periodic property inspections during the tenancy
  • Overseeing all works that may arise during the tenancy
  • Arranging free estimates for work from qualified contractors. We will normally
arrange for two inspections to ensure the most competitive price
  • Check-out of tenants
  • Dilapidations deposit reconciliation
  • If you are an overseas landlord, we assist in obtaining an approval number for
tax exemption
  • Preparation of income and expenditure statement
